Frame building The core of our business is creating bespoke steel frames and accessories. These are designed to individual customer needs based on their required use and body. We use the top industry materials from companies its such as Columbus and Reynolds to tune the performance to create the perfect ride. Using high quality steel and components enable us to create a bespoke product tailored to individual desires and imagination and beyond what is available off the shelf. We have extensive experience across the full spectrum of bicycles available and relish the opportunity to bring your dream into reality. Parts and accessories As well as the main frame and forks we offer various bespoke accessories enabling us to create a truly unique and personalised ride. These include custom handlebars, handlebar stems, racks and more.Customisations Modifying an existing bike or frame/fork can be an effective way of creating your own unique ride. We have created geared conversions for fixed gear frames, cargo bikes from mountain bikes, modernised old 26er’s for larger wheels or tyres, enabling the fitment of disc brakes and of course tall bikes and much more besides. If you can imagine it we can hopefully build it!Repairs Inevitably sometimes your pride and joy breaks or gets damaged. It can often be surprising what can be repaired and saved from being thrown away. We have straightened many frames and forks, dropouts, replaced broken tubes and kept things running for years to come. It’s often cheaper than you would think and stops it going to the scrapper. Feel free to ask if it can be fixed before it gets crushedOther Fabrication As well as making bicycle frames and other parts we also take on other fabrication work including modifying buggies for a nursery school, making bicycle stools, making tooling, bicycle wall mountings and various motorcycle and car parts and work. We’ve even been known to do the odd bit of wood work including workshop building, market trader stands, bicycle display stands.
